When you arrive for your appointment

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled vaccine clinic appointment. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive any later than your scheduled appointment time.  In such a case, you will be required to go through the scheduling process again to reschedule on another day, as documented on our website.

Cats must be in a secure carrier, and dogs must have an appropriately fitting collar and a leash. Collars that are too loose can lead to escapes!

Upon arrival, please call 313-451-8109 to let us know that you have arrived.  If we do not answer, please do not leave a message.  Please continue to call until we answer.

A vet assistant will come to your vehicle to get your animal.  You will not be allowed into the building.  When the vet assistant approaches your car, please bring your pet(s) out of the car.  A face mask covering your nose and mouth is required when you are interacting with any of our staff members.

Once your pet’s services are completed, we will call you to collect payment.  Credit card payment is preferred (no Care Credit or American Express are accepted).  We will also take cash if necessary, but no checks are accepted.

Your pet will be returned to your vehicle once payment is received.  We will provide  paperwork indicating what services your pet received, as well as any medications that are being dispensed.

Please note:  If you are requesting an intestinal parasite screening (for intestinal worms and other parasites), please bring a fresh fecal sample in a zip-lock bag labeled with your pet’s name.  The fecal sample should not be any older than 24 hours, but please bring the freshest sample you can.
